Shipping & Returns

All disc and small item orders normally ship within 24 hours. Please allow 2-3 extra days for large items. Potential delays due to a high order volumes or postal service problems are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates
We offer $5 flat rate shipping (free for orders over $50) within the United States.

In-store pickup
We offer free local pickup at 8000 Hwy 107, Ste 8, Sherwood, Arkansas, 72120. Please have your confirmation email when you come to pick up your order. Please Note: This is not always available. Due to increased shipping costs and trying to keep prices low, some items may ship direct from the manufacturer.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return on all unused items (excluding gift cards). We do not accept returns for items that have been used or thrown. Please Note: The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or a mistake was made by our team. We do not charge a restocking fee.
